Privacy policy
Updated: 31 October 2026
This policy explains what data the Cocktails & Dreams website of head bartender Denys Zaretskyi collects, why, and how we protect it. Processing follows the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
What we collect
- From the request form: name, phone, email (optional), event type and date, number of guests, comment and selected drinks.
- From the training application: name, phone, email, city, bar experience and what you told us about yourself.
- From the Turnkey bar builder: venue type and city, chosen services, your contacts and comment; saved projects are visible only to you in your account.
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email and Google profile photo — to show your requests and favourites in your account. We never receive your Google password.
- We do not collect payment data: no payments are taken on the site at the moment.
Why
- To contact you and agree on the menu, price, date and delivery of your order, or to discuss training.
- We do not send advertising without your consent and never sell data to third parties.
Where data is stored
- Requests are stored in a secured Supabase database; the site is hosted on Vercel.
- A notification about each new request is sent to the chef's private Telegram chat.
- Only the head bartender and the person helping with orders can access requests.
- We keep data only as long as needed to fulfil the order and keep records, or until you ask us to delete it.
What is stored in your browser
- Your language (cookie), 18+ confirmation, sign-in session, selected drinks, comparison and favourites (localStorage). This stays on your device until you send a request.
- We do not use advertising trackers. Visit statistics are collected by Vercel Web Analytics — anonymously and without cookies: we only see page views, pages and country.
Your rights
- You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent or ask us to delete it together with your account — just message or call us.
- The site is intended only for people aged 18 and over.
